Our Humble Beginnings
Ten Key originated as Personalized Computer Learning in 1994 when owner, Patricia Hendrix, decided to narrow her focus from Corporate Systems Analyst and MIS Director to the field of her knowledge which was most gratifying: Training "end-users" in easy-to-understand language, to use their computers in the home and workplace.

Our Evolution
Ten Key has evolved into a valuable resource for clients to have access to professional help that is easy to get in touch with, reasonably priced and extremely knowledgeable. Patricia Hendrix is a Certified QuickBooks® ProAdvisor, and very well versed in PC computers and many common applications such as Microsoft Word®, Excel®, PowerPoint® Project® and Act! 2000®. She is the principle resource, but Ten Key Business Solutions includes other professionals who, together, will provide a complete resource team for small and medium sized businesses to use to manage their businesses from all angles.
